Join a Community Forum about Water Quality and Nutrient Management in Oregon /
Únete a un Foro Comunitario sobre la Calidad del Agua y el Manejo de Nutrientes en Oregón
Between February and May, over 1000 Oregonians have shared what they think about water quality issues related to excess nutrients. The Department of Environmental Quality will use this input to inform their plan for reducing pollution caused by excess nutrients in Oregon, but first they want to think together with you and other Oregonians about how best to use that input.
So, we invite you to join us to continue the conversation! Oregon’s Kitchen Table is hosting three virtual community forums in June 2025 with the Oregon Department of Quality. We’ll share what we heard and discuss what this input means for the nutrient management plan. These conversations are an opportunity to ask questions and share ideas.

Únete a un Foro Comunitario sobre la Calidad del Agua y el Manejo de Nutrientes en Oregón
Entre febrero y mayo, más de 1000 personas en Oregón compartieron lo que piensan sobre los problemas que afectan la calidad del agua debido al exceso de nutrientes. El Departamento de Calidad Ambiental está usando estos aportes para armar un plan que ayude a reducir esta contaminación. Pero antes de avanzar, quieren conversar contigo y con más personas en Oregón sobre cómo aprovechar mejor toda esta información.
Por eso, te invitamos a seguir siendo parte de esta conversación. Oregon’s Kitchen Table organizará tres foros comunitarios virtuales en junio de 2025 junto con el Departamento de Calidad Ambiental de Oregón. En estos encuentros, compartiremos lo que hemos escuchado hasta ahora y hablaremos sobre lo que significa para el futuro del plan de manejo de nutrientes. Será una buena oportunidad para hacer preguntas, compartir ideas y aprender juntas/os.
Te pedimos que te registres para ayudarnos a planificar mejor cada foro. Las sesiones serán en inglés, pero podemos ofrecer interpretación en español si la solicitas con anticipación.
